Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at KCY Noble Trading LLC. We strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help!

1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Before sending any return, please contact us at partners@kcynoble.com to obtain a Return Authorization. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

To complete your return, proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required. Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

2. Non-returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Certain health, hygiene, or personal care products

  • Customized, opened, or used items

  • Final sale or clearance products

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or contact your card issuer. Refund posting times vary by financial institution. If you have completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at partners@kcynoble.com.

6. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at partners@kcynoble.com with your order number and photos of the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
