Best Practices
For the best results, prepare the bonding surfaces by thoroughly cleaning and drying them. Apply the adhesive at room temperature or up to 100°F, pressing down firmly for 30 seconds to ensure a strong bond. Moderate heat from 100°F to 130°F enhances adhesive contact with the bonding surface. High humidity has minimal effect on the adhesive performance, and the bond strength remains unaffected even after exposure to high humidity levels and temperature fluctuations. These adhesive transfer tape sheets are heat-resistant, suitable for various applications where temperature and heat resistance are crucial.
