Battery Setup: Insert 4 C batteries (not included) into the compartment at the back; power off when not in use for weeks to save energy. Bag Installation: Fit standard 13-gallon trash bags over the rim; use the built-in retainer ring to secure them and prevent slipping. Cleaning: Wipe the surface with a damp cloth weekly.
